Follow Up Appointments and Scheduling



Please remember, that missing your follow-up appointment will delay (in some cases prevent) getting your medication/s refilled. You must remember to keep your follow-up appointment. 

Due to the overwhelming need for follow ups and the amount of new patients, it may not be simple to reschedule a missed appointment.

In addition to these inconveniences, a $25 no show fee WILL be charged to the patient if the clinic is not given
prior notification of at least 24-hours before the appointment.

****Text messaging, calling or emailing are all acceptable forms of cancellation.


Upon your Weight Loss follow up, if you address *ANY* other medical issue with the Doctor there will be a $75 fee.
This includes anything and everything from sore throat to flu to injury, and beyond.
This fee will not filed under insurance even if you are insured.
We do not file any claims as we are CASH pay only.

*There will be NO EXCEPTIONS - the Doctor will not waive this fee under any circumstances.*
Also, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, please reschedule via phone, email or in person.

9am-12pm.

We Will be CLOSED the 22nd for Good Friday
We Will Re-Open on Monday the 25th at Regular Hours.

Please note, the Weight Loss Clinic only accepts cash payment for services rendered.
Our services, products and injections are not covered by insurance. We do not accept credit or debit cards, however, we do have an ATM in the building. Regarding personal checks; while we understand that returned checks are never intentional, if it were to happen, we would be forced to cover the debt ourselves.

Those with purchases on the Med Spa side may use credit cards, however, the minimum purchase MUST be greater than $100.
